Cane Milling Plant
We offer turnkey solutions for sugar manufacturing plant, steam generating plant, cane milling plant, clarification plant, evaporation plant, boiling plant, cooling plant, grading plant and power generating plant.

Cane Carrier (1 No.)
One cane carrier is 900mm wide and 20 m horizontal loading length. The structure is a steel construction and is complete with all steel shafts, brass bushed bearings, tightening arrangement for chains, grease lubrication arrangement, driving sprockets of fabricated profile cut teeth, slats etc.

Rake Elevator (1 No.)
All steel construction having width of 900mm and of suitable length between sprockets to suit the minimum feeding height of 2 mtrs.

Cane Chopper (1No.)
Has not less than 12 shock resisting knives, suitable diameter for mounting on cane carrier, and is driven by 40 HP TEFC Sq. cane electric motor through an suitable enclosed helical reduction gear box.

Swing Hammer Type Fibrizor (1 No.)
All steel construction having 36 hammers to be mounted on a 40 C8 Quality shaft of 180mm diameter at hubs and 140mm diameter at the bearing journal.

Automatic Cane Feeding Device
Installed on the cane carrier. It should ensure uniform feed rate to first mill with provision to change the feed rate at any time having a variation not more than 5% of the set rate.

Cane milling Plant (4 No.)

Cast Iron Grooved Underfeed Rollers (4 Nos.)
Cast iron shell hot shrunk fitted/ keyed, grooved intermeshing type under feed roller.

Rake Type Intermediate Carriers (3 Nos. Apron Type)
all steel construction between the mills having centre distance not less than 3500mm and effective width of 900mm suitable for handling of bagasse.

Mill Drive (4 Nos.)
Variable speed D.C. Electric Motors each of 80 HP at the base speed of 1000 RPM.

Mill Gearings
Each mill drive to be coupled through flexible suitable coupling to high speed enclosed reduction gear and low speed reduction spur gearing capable of transmitting above mentioned drive power continuously under shock load conditions.

Donnelly Type Chute (4 Nos.)
It shall have arrangements to adjust the blanket thickness from top.

Imbibition Equipment and Mixed Juice Pumps
Stainless steel stationery wedge-bar type having 45 deg. slope, 0.7mm gap and 1000mm width for mixed juice, complete with all necessary fittings, to be mounted on suitable staging by the side of the mills.

Bagasse Elevator (1No.)
It has runners of angle iron and flat steel bottom plates & to be supported an steel channel columns which is to be adequately braced where necessary.

Bagasse Carrier (1No.)
One return type bagasse conveyor, 800mm wide & of similar construction as elevator, provided with a sufficient length to accommodate the boiler.

Mill House Crane and Gantry (1No.)
One Three motion electrically operated overhead mill house traveling crane conforming to class IIIs specifications having one crab of 5 tonnes SWL capacity with independent trolley.

Clarification Plant (Double Sulphitation Process)
Juice Flow Meter (1 No.)
Magnetic type totalliser cum indicating type juice flow meter of 25m³/hr flow rate capacity to be provided with a receiving tank & check weighing scale having capacity of 2.5 MT.

Phosphate Slurry Preparation
One SS Phosphate Slurry Preparation tank of suitable capacity with PVC piping and pump of suitable capacity shall be provided.

Juice Heaters (4 Nos.)
Each high velocity vertical juice heater is to be of 40 M²HS of which one each shall be used for raw, sulphited & clear juice heating respectively and one as standby for cleaning purpose.

Continuous Juice Sulphitor (1 No.)
One juice sulphitation unit designed for a crush rate of 35 TCH with 115% juice retention. Time taken is not less than 7 minutes.

Sulphur Furnace (2 Nos.)
Suitable for burning 30 Kgs of standard quality sulphur per hour and complete with accessories and SO2 gas piping of CI of approximately 3" dia.

Air Compressor (2 Nos.)
One air compressor of 250M³/hr. FAD capacity at 1 kg/cm²g pressure and 2nd of 100³/hr FAD at 1 kg/cm²g shall be provided with necessary pipelines, gauges, valves, drives, air receivers.

Milk of lime preparation (1 Set)
One lime slaker capable of slaking about 500kgs of quick lime with Koran type classifier and grit catcher and driven by suitable electric motor with proper reduction arrangements.

Clarifier (1 No.)
The clarifier of 900 HL holding capacity & of suitable design is complete with its flash tank, juice & mud overflow boxes, liquidation pumps etc.

Vacuum Filter (1 No.)
It helps to discharge mud outside the filter house complete with drive & other accessories.

Evaporation, Boiling, Cooling & Grading Plant
Evaporators
A Quadruple effect evaporator set of 950 M² total heating surface area for satisfactory operation.

Syrup Sulphitation Unit (1No.)
One continuous syrup sulphitation unit of 10 HL working capacity to 65º brix with working height of 1.5 meter and two sulphited syrup pump of 15 M³/hr. capacity at 30M head and one sulphited syrup receiving tank.

Syrup and Molasses Storage Tanks (11Nos.)
Each rectangular tank is provided of 700 HL capacity to store syrup, molasses and melt etc at the pan floor.

Vacuum Pans (3 Nos.)
The pans shall be of calendria, low head, rapid boiling type, having normal strike capacity of 20 T. The heating surface area shall be 90 M².


Crystallizers
  • One Seed Crystallizer of 10 T capacity.
  • Two Vacuum Crystallizer of 10T capacity.
  • Two Air Cooled Crystallizers of 22 T capacity for A massecuites.
  • Three Air Cooled Crystallizers of 22 T capacity for B massecuite.
  • One Air Cooled Crystallizers of 22 T capacity as a receiver and Three Water Cooled Crystallizers each of 22 T capacity as a system of continuous crystallizer for low grade massecuite shall be provided.
  • These crystallizers shall be complete with efficient stirring arrangement and shall be driven by electric motor through reduction gear box.

Multijet Condensers (4 Nos.)
Each single entry Ms Multijet Condenser for four pans and one for evaporator to be supplied for vapour pipes of suitable sizes.

Injection water pumps: For pan and evaporator (2 Nos. - 1 as standby)
Each injection water pumps is capable of delivering 600 M³per hours against a head of 16 meters at 960 rpm when condensers are at 10.5 meters level with positive suction.

Spray pond (one Set)
Spray Pond complete with 160 nozzles suitably arranged with necessary piping is provided. These machines is complete with its accessories like pug mills, magma mixer, molasses and massecuite shall be double cured.

Sugar Melter (1 No.)
One continuous Sugar Melter of 5 T/hr capacities for melting sugar lumps and magma sugars and one melt pump is provided.

Grass Hoppers: (1 No. Plain tray and 2 Nos Multitray type)
To convey the sugar discharged from these machines to the multi tray grass hoppers. Hot & cold air blowing arrangement and sugar lump separating unit is also provided.

Sugar Elevator (1 No.)
One steel cased elevator of 5 T/hr capacities to deliver the sugar from hopper to grader fitted with chain and buckets and driven through a suitable drive shall be provided.

Sugar Grader (1 No.)
One sugar grader of 5T/hr capacity mechanically/ electrically vibrator type and capable of screening any grade of sugar is provided. This grader is driven through suitable drive.

Sugar Weighing Machine (1No.)
One Predetermined balance weight type weighing machine having capacity of 150kg/per tip shall be provided.

Bag Stitching Machines ( No.)
One electrically operated bag stitching machine of conveyor type suitable for handling about 50 bags per hour to be provided.

Hot and cold Water services tanks (2 Nos.)
Two rectangular tanks of 5mm thick Ms Plates each having a capacity of 100HL completes with valves, fittings, pipes etc. shall be provided.

Molasses weighing scale (1No.)
One automatic type molasses weighing scale of 0.5 T/hr capacities complete with receiving tank of 15 HL and digital register counter and 2 pumps of 1 M³/hr capable of pumping final molasses to final molasses tank is provided.

Steam Generating Plant

Water Tube Boiler
One water tube boiler shall have the following working conditions
Minimum conditions rating 15T/hr
Pressure at super heater outlet 32kg/cm²g
Temperature at super heater outlet 85ºC
Fuel bagasse with around 50% moisture.
Efficiency Around 68% on GCV with bagasse at 50% moisture.

Power Generating Plant: 1 No.
Turbo Alternator: 1 No.
One Turbo Alternator of 1000 KW at 0.8 power factor shall be designed for operation at the following steam parameters:
Inlet steam pressure 32kg/cm²g
Inlet steam temperature 380º C.
Exhaust steam pressure 1kg/cm²g.


Electrical Distribution System (Power House Control Panel)
The switch board panel shall be provided in power house which will be complete in all respect and equipped with switch gear, automatic voltage regulator, volt meter and melter and necessary instruments with fuse isolators for distributing feeder panels for distribution of power to various sections. Suitable capacitors to be provided.

Miscellaneous
Pressure reducing and Desuperheating Station:
Pressure reducing and Desuperheating System shall be as under.
32kg/cm² to 7kg/cm² capacity 12T/hr. and
Desuperheating capacity to maintain temp. Of 175ºC±5
7kg/cm² to 1-1.5kg/cm² capacity 15T/hr and
Desuperheating capacity to maintain temp. Of 135ºC±5
One centralized Desuperheating station of 15T/hr exhaust steam.

Pipelines
All pipelines with jointing materials, necessary supports, insulating material, valves and fittings shall be supplied.

Supporting steel structure
Necessary staging for all above machinery including supporting columns, internal floor structure, staircases, railings etc. shall be provided.

Painting
Suppliers shall supply red oxide and paints for final painting of plant and machinery as per the standard colour coding system.

Final Molasses Tank: 1 No.
The final molasses storage tank shall be of 1000³ capacity as per IS specifications. A pump for recirculation of molasses shall be provided.
